【Abstract】 Starting from the features of the traditional northeast industry,the article researches the declining root of the resource-type industry in Northeast China,and analyzes the harmful effects resulted from the traditional social institutional structure. So we draw a conclusion that the property rights which caused by“path rely”under the planned economy mechanism are the essential reason which results in the recession of the Northeast China resource-type industry economy.更多还原
