【摘要】 目的　研究藏药波棱瓜子脂肪油成分。方法　采用气相色谱 -质谱 (GC -MS)分析法对藏药波棱瓜子脂肪油成分进行分析。结果　波棱瓜子脂肪油中主要含各类不饱和脂肪酸 ,其中含亚麻酸12 0 8% ,亚油酸 2 2 90 %。结论　这两种不饱和脂肪酸分属于n - 3型多不饱和脂肪酸和n - 6型多不饱和脂肪酸 ,具有多种生理功能 ,具有一定的开发利用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the components of fatty oils from Tibetan medicinal substance Herpetospermum. Methods The GC-MS method was applied for analysis the fatty oils. Results The fatty oils mainly consist of 2 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids: linolenic acid and linolic acid. Conclusions Linolenic acid and linolic acid belong to polyunsaturated fatty acids of n-3 and n-6 types. They have various physiological actions, thus of potential value for further development and utilization.更多还原
