【摘要】 目的 以传统中医药理论为指导,运用现代科学技术,对复方葛根胶囊的制备工艺进行研究。方法根据处方的功能主治和药物成分的性质,采用正交试验的方法以葛根素含量、丹参酮ⅡA含量、干膏得率等多指标综合评分筛选出最佳提取工艺;采用单因素试验的方法以葛根素含量、丹参酮ⅡA含量、干膏得率多指标筛选出成型工艺。结果 经三批中试研究,中试产品质量符合复方葛根胶囊质量标准的各项规定,其成品收率达93.5％。结论 该工艺连续生产的稳定性好,工艺条件合理可行,能够满足工业大生产的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective; Using modem technologies to research the preparative procedure of Gegeng capsule with the Guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Method:Based on the function and indication of the formula and the properties of its chemical components , orthogonal design was engaged to conduct multi- index evaluation and screen the optimal conditions for the preparation. Results; Researches on 3 batches of mid - stage production were conducted. The quality of products accorded with the quality criteria of Compound Gegeng Capsules. The finished products yielded at the rate of 93.5%. Conclusion:This research shows that the preparative procedure is stable, rational and practicable, which can meet the requests of mass production.更多还原
