内蒙古典型草原生态系统服务功能价值评估研究

【摘要】 本文参照Constanza等的思路与方法,以内蒙古典型草原生态系统有机物生产为基础,分别采用市场价值法、替代市场法等估算其主要服务功能的经济价值。结果表明:内蒙古典型草原生态系统服务功能的总经济价值3325.9×108元/a,其中,气体调节价值272.3×108元/a,占8.19%;水土保持价值2988.0×108元/a,占89.84%;涵养水源价值为18.2×108元/a,占0.55%;有机物质生产价值27.52×108元/a,占0.83%;生物多样性保护价值16.1×108元/a,占0.48%;生态旅游价值3.8×108元/a,占0.11%;在各种服务功能中,水土保持价值最为重要;因此,加强草原生态环境建设对于维持区域生态安全具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Referring to the methodology of constanza et al, and based on the biomass of Inner Mongolia steppe, authors of this paper assessed the total value of the steppe ecosystem services by various economic calculative methods. The result shows that the total value of the steppe ecosystem services generally amounts to 3325.9×10~8 yuan annually. Among which,the value of gas regulation equals 272.3×10~8 yuan yearly, taking 8.19% of the total; of water and soil conservation, 2988.0×10~8 yuan/a, 89.84% of the total; of water source conservation, 18.2×10~8 yuan/a, 0.55% of the total; of food and raw material production 27.52×10~8 yuan/a, 0.83% of the total;of biodiversity conservation 16.1×10~8 yuan/a,0.48% of the total, and of recreation and culture, 3.8×10~8 yuan/a, 0.11% of the total.Of a11 the services, water and soil conservation tops all others in importance. Consequently, to strengthen and promote the protection and construction of the ecosystem of Inner Mongolia steppe and to maintain the regional ecological safety is of the utmost importance today.
