【Abstract】 Reading at a fast rate helps to gain more information and improve one’s linguistic competence.How to increase the English-reading speed has thus become a problem of utmost importance for English learners.This paper analyzes the major factors that influence the English-reading speed and suggests some methods and techniques which are necessary for those who are learning to be fast readers.Sufficient training with proper methods can help to yield twofold results with half the effort.更多还原
