【摘要】 本研究将教师的继续学习界定为学历进修和继续教育培训两方面,并对边疆地区258名中小学教师的继续学习感受及时间进行了调查分析。结果表明,过多的继续学习是导致教师产生消极感受的重要原因。因此,直面边疆地区教师继续教育的现状,改进形式主义作风,是边疆地区教师走向专业化道路的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study confines the continuing-study of elementary and junior high school teachers of border region to the following two aspects: training for an account of education and continuing educational training. It analyzes a survey of 258 teachers in elementary and junior high schools about their impression of continuing-study and the time they spent on it. The result shows that too much continuing-study is an important reason for the teachers’ negative impressions. Therefore, facing up to the current situation of continuing education of teachers and changing the formalism are the important measures to realize the specialisation of the teachers of border region.更多还原
