建立完善竞争机制,深化高校人事制度改革
Strengthening and Perfecting the Competition Mechanism and Driving ahead the Personnel Matters Management Building of Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 文章以竞争机制的内涵为切入点 ,对高校引入竞争机制的迫切性和必然性、如何引入竞争机制以及应采取的配套措施作了阐述。
【Abstract】 This article begins with the intention of competition mechanism, elaborating the urgency and necessity of introducing the competition mechanism; expounding how to draw into it and supplementary measures which colleges and universities ought to deal with.
