基于ADAMS的某皮卡车麦弗逊悬架优化设计
The Optimized Design of Macpherson Suspension Based on ADAMS
【摘要】 针对厂家反映的前轮磨损严重的问题 ,以多体系统动力学理论为基础 ,应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件 ADAMS的 Car专业模块建立该皮卡车麦弗逊式前悬架多体系统模型 ,并采用 ADAMS/ Insight模块进行性能分析 ,找出磨损严重的原因 ,同时进一步进行悬架布置优化设计 ,得出优化的的悬架布置方案 ,较好地解决了轮胎磨损的问题
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of multibody dynamics and the bad wheel wear submitted by th e factory, a multibody dynamics model of a macpherson front suspension is built by using ADAMS/Car. Using the ADAMS/Insight, the kinematics analysis of the susp ension is carried out and the main factor of the wheel went is found out. Throug ht the optimum design using ADAMS/Insight, the optimized suspension is obtained.
