电子枪热-结构分析
【摘要】 利用ANSYS对电子枪温度场的分布及因温度产生的变形进行了模拟分析。针对电子枪复杂的内部结构形态以及能量转换方式 ,同时考虑到传导、辐射及对流三种传热方式对温度场的影响。并在此基础上进行了温度场与结构变形的耦合分析 ,得出了有价值的结果 ,与实际测试较符合。
【Abstract】 By using ANSYS, the distribution of the electronic gun’s temperature field and the distortion caused by its temperature are simulated and analyzed. Because of the complicated structure and the energy conversion inside the electronic gun, the different energy conversion form (conduction、radiation and convection) in the temperature field are taken into account. On analyzing the coupling between temperature field and structural distortion, reasonable result is produced. And it accords with the fact.
