【Abstract】 The constant-potential or constant-current charging equipments for storage batteries are easy to lead to either over charged of not charged the batteries fully,and also the charging takes a long time. This article briefly introduced the theory base of fast pulse recovery technique. According to the need of practice, we also designed a set of recovery system which can effectively prevent the batteries from being over charged or under charged.更多还原
