内蒙古移动边际网建设方案的研究

【摘要】 为减少因不同厂家设备切换所带来的掉话问题,传统移动通信无线网络大多采用同一厂家的基站设备,但这种单一厂家早期的基站设备很少考虑在中国农村使用的特殊性,在设备的功率、外形、重量、供电、环境适应性等方面与市区使用的基站没有大的差别。在边际网建设、扩容时,垄断性强、造价高,不利于移动运营商降低建设成本。为减少投资上的巨大浪费,在地广人稀、经济相对落后的内蒙古自治区,依据不同地形提出了内蒙古移动边际网的具体建设方案,给出了不同地区分别采用插花式、分片式、同心圆式以及全覆盖式等4种边际网引入方式的具体方法。与采用传统方案比较的结果表明,采用该方案将会减少配套设施的投入,从而大幅度地节省总体工程造价,仅2003年就节约资金4.5~5.9亿元人民币。

【Abstract】 To reduce the switches between equipments produced by different factories, and the losing line caused by the switches, traditional designers always use facilities produced by the same factory when they were designing the wireless section of the mobile communication network. In china,there are almost no differences between the facilities used in countryside and in the city in respect to power, shape, weight, power supply, adaptability to the surroundings, etc. The intense monopolization and high price is harmful for the Mobile Communication Company to cut down the cost when projecting and enlarging the margin network.Inner Mongolia is sparsely inhabited and its economy is backward comparatively, this scheme has assigned the inner-flower, divide-piece, concentric-circles and overall-cover introduced patterns in different area on consider of their topography specifically. It would reduce the amount of the relevant facilities by comparison with the traditional schemes, and save the cost of the whole project noticeably. In 2003, 450 to 590 millions of Yuan has been saved by using this scheme.
