【Abstract】 Object oriented technology maps house resource management problems in the real world to the model of the virtual computer world and uses vivid computer model to imitate the sales transaction of the house resource. It can improve the expansibility of system and harmony of the integrated computation and stability of application performance by using distributed solution in deploying the system.
