【摘要】 面对庞大的GSM用户数,如何平稳地向3G过渡是国内甚至世界上每一个运营商都将面临的问题,TSM标准在这种情形下应运而生。在简单介绍TSM标准由来的基础上,将深入研究TSM系统中RR连接建立的过程,简要分析、比较该过程在TSM与GSM系统中的不同之处,接着描述了TSM系统RR连接建立过程中RRM子层所需完成的其他任务,最后给出了TSM系统RR连接建立过程的消息流程图。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the large quantity of GSM users,it is a key problem for all telecommunication carriers in the world to transit from 2G system to 3G system smoothly.In this case,TSM is promoted by China.RR connection establishment procedure of TSM system is a very important procedure,so this paper focuses on and discusses it in depth.At first,four sub-procedures of RR connection establishment procedure are described in details in this paper.Then,the difference of this procedure in TSM and GSM system is analyzed briefly.Finally,the flow chart of messages in RR connection establishment procedure is provided in this paper.更多还原
