【Abstract】 Competition stimulates the development of telecoms and the Number Portability Service brings the competition into locat telecoms services,stops the monoply of former telecoms operators.and provides opportunity for new operators. Based on what mentioned above,in this paper,the method and concept of Number partability Service are introduced and the realiration technologies of NPS are analyzed,and the trend in development of the NPS in China is predicted according to the current state and development in this field abroad.更多还原
