电感耦合等离子质谱法测定地质样品中的稀贵金属元素
Determination of Rare-Expensive Elements in Geological Samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 研究建立了直接用王水消解地质勘探样品 ,利用电感耦合等离子质谱仪 (ICP -MS)测定其中稀贵金属元素Au、Pt、Pd、Ir、Ru、Rh的分析方法 .建立校正方程及引入内标元素Cs,有效克服了质谱干扰及由于基体效应产生的非质谱干扰 .方法的测定下限为 0 .7~ 2 .0ng/g ,精密度为 3 .3 %~ 7.4 %,加标回收率为91 %~ 1 1 3 %,适于大量地质样品中稀贵金属元素的及时分析
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of rare-expensive elements, such as Au、Pt、Pd、Ir、Ru and Rh in geological samples dissolving directly with HNO3 and HCl by ICP-MS was reported. The spectral and non-spectral interference arising from geological matrix was calibrated efficiently through establishing correction equations for interfering ions and adding internal reference as Cs. The method’s detection limit is 0.7~2.0 ng/g, RSD is 3.3%~7.4% and the addition recovery is 91%~113%. Finally, the method is suited for the rapidly determination of rare-expensive elements with a large amount of geological samples.
