缓蚀剂IMC-5、NH4F对锅炉化学清洗缓蚀效果的研究
Corrosion-Preventing Efficiency Study of Boiler Chemical Clearing Effected by Corrosion-Preventing Ageng IMC-5 and NH4F
【摘要】 采用HCl-IMC-NH4F体系,在不同的温度条件下,对模拟锅炉进行化学清洗.当HCl浓度为5%,IMC-5浓度为0.3%,NH4F浓度为3g/L,温度为80℃时,清洗5h,缓蚀效率可达99%以上.
【Abstract】 The system of HCl-IMC-NH4F is adopted to clean the simulated boiler at different temperatures. When the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 5%, the concentration of IMC-5 is 0.3% and the concentration of ammonium fluoride is 3 g/L,and the corrosion-preventing efficiency can reach 99% after the boiler is dealt with for 5 h under the temperature at 80 ℃.
