大花蕙兰快速繁殖条件的优化

【摘要】 应用组织培养和快速繁殖技术对最适大花蕙兰培养的培养基、激素、培养方式、培养基质等进行了筛选 .结果表明 ,在含有 2 .0mg/L 6 -苄氨基腺嘌呤的改良MS培养基中 ,以液体振荡培养最有利于原球茎的增殖 ;改良MS培养基 +0 .3mg/L萘乙酸有利于试管苗的生根 ;在腐殖土∶棉子壳 =3∶2 (体积比 )下移栽的成活率最高 .

【Abstract】 By using of the technology of tissue culture and rapid propagation,the most suitable culture medium,hormones and the culture soil were screened to culture the cymbidium grandiflorum.The results showed that the condition in culturing suspension proctocorm had an effect on the protocorm-like-bodies growth;the inducement of improving MS culture medium added with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA is the most beneficial for the multiplication and differentitation of proctocorms.The improved MS medium added with 0.3 mg/L NAA is good for rootage of test-tude plantlet.Survive rate of seeding after transplant is highest in condition of the volume ratio of loam and cotton seeding at 2∶3.
