钼钨磷混配杂多酸铵纳米微粒的固相合成与表征

【摘要】 采用室温固相反应法合成了钼钨磷混配杂多酸铵(NH4)3PW6Mo6O40·8H2O产物,用元素分析确定了分子组成,其结构、性质、颗粒大小、表面形状分别用红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、透射电镜、热分析和比表面积测试等手段进行了研究.结果表明:产物为Keggin结构的纳米粒子,平均粒径为12nm,比表面积为134.2m2·g-1,形成纳米微粒后,杂多阴离子的热稳定性有所下降.

【Abstract】 The polyoxometate particle (NH43PW6Mo6O40·8H2O were synthesized by solid-state reaction at room temperature. Their structure, particle size, thermal properties and surface nature were characterized with elemental analyses, IR, XRD, TEM, TG-DTA and BET techniques. The results show that the polyoxometate particle (NH43PW6Mo6O40 are found to exhibit Keggin structure, have a surface area of 134.2 m2·g-1, the mean grain size is 12 nm,the stability of the hetoropoly anion decreased when nanoparticles were formed.
