浮式生产储油系统的水池模型试验研究

【摘要】 浮式生产储油系统 (FPSO系统 )问世二十多年来 ,已成为当今海洋石油开发的主流设施 ,在我国也有广泛应用。海洋工程水池模型试验是当今研究FPSO系统水动力性能最为可靠的办法。本文针对FPSO系统模型试验的作用与目的 ,以及海洋工程水池模型试验中的几个关键问题 ,包括试验海况的选择、模型缩尺比的选择、试验持续时间的选取、系泊系统和立管系统的模拟及尺度效应问题等 ,进行了阐述 ,供FPSO系统设计和研究时参考。

【Abstract】 FPSO(Floating Production, Storage and Offloadin g) sy stem has become a very popular solution used in offshore oil and gas exploitatio n both at home and abroad. To make model test of a FPSO system in a wave basin i s the most effective and reliable approach to derive the hydrodynamic performanc e of the system. In this paper, the role and purpose of model test for designing a FPSO system is presented first, and then, some problems in the model test of the system in a wave basin are discussed, including how to select ambient condit ions of test, model scale and test duration, how to simulate mooring system and riser system and how to consider scale effect.
