无细胞短棒状杆菌纳米级制剂对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生NO的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究无细胞棒状杆菌纳米制剂 (Non cellNanoScaleProductfromCorynebacteriumParvum ,NCPP)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 (PMφ)产生一氧化氮 (NO)的影响 ,探讨其抗肿瘤作用机制 ,为临床应用提供依据。方法 :采用小鼠腹腔注射NCPP与短棒状杆菌制剂 (CorynebacteriumParvumProduct ,CPP) ,1 0d后检测NO水平发现NCPP具有与CPP相同的作用。结果 :NCPP组和CPP组与对照组比较 ,检测结果显示 ,NCPP和CPP均可明显提高小鼠腹腔Mφ产生NO的水平 ,两组与对照组相比 ,有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ,但NCPP和CPP两组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :NCPP与CPP具有相同作用 ,可激活巨噬细胞 ,分泌产生高水平NO以达到杀伤肿瘤细胞的目的

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the Influence of NCPP on NO produced by the Phagocytosis of macrophages of NCPP.To investigate the anti tumor effect and its mechanism of NCPP.Methods:The production of nitric oxide by macrophages index was measured at the day of 10 after mice were injected peritoneal with NCPP or CPP.Results:Both NCPP and CPP all induced a high nitric oxide index,a significant increase in the NCPP,CPP and NS ( P <0 01) and between the NCPP and CPP.Conclusion:NCPP showed the same effects ont Influence of NCPP on NO produced by the Phagocytosis of macrophages as CPP that were achieved promarily through the activation of of macrophage and NK cells to produce NO.
