【摘要】 目的 :总结股骨下端复杂粉碎性骨折解剖型钢板植骨固定的临床特点、效果。方法 :2 0例病人按AO分类 ,C2 型 1 1例 ,C3型 9例 ,合并髌骨骨折 7例。解剖型钢板固定的同时根据骨缺损情况行髂骨、腓骨植骨 ,观察疗效。结果 :所有病例随访 1 0～ 2 4个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,按Schatzker的疗效评定标准 ,优 1 4例 ,良5例 ,可 1例 ,优良率为 95 %。结论 :解剖型钢板植骨术是治疗股骨下端C2 、C3型骨折的理想方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical characteristics and effect of internal fixation with anatomical plate for distal femur fracture Methods:Eleven cases of type C 2 and 9 of type C 3 fracture according to the classification of AO,were operatively treated with anatomical plate Bone graft was adopted to repair bone defect in all patients Results:All the patients were followed up for a mean of 20 months (from 10 to 24 months) Bone fracture healed in all cases By Schatzker standard,the result was excellent in 14 patients,good in 5 and poor in 1 The satisfactory rate was 95% Conclusion:The authors considered that combination of anatomical plate and bone graft is an ideal method for treatment of distal femur fracture更多还原
