【摘要】 目的 :观察肠内营养 ( EN)支持对维持或改善手术创伤后病人营养状态影响。方法 :选择腹部手术后需行营养支持的 64例病人 ,通过空肠造瘘及给予肠内营养支持 ,自术后第 1天开始应用 ,至术后第 7天 ,观察病人术后消化道症状和术后并发症及其他不适反应 ;监测肠内营养支持前后病人的体重 ,血、尿、便常规 ,血糖 ,肝肾功能 ,血浆白蛋白 ,前白蛋白等指标。结果 :体重治疗前后有显著差异 ,治疗后体重有轻度下降。白蛋白治疗前后无显著差异 ,但前蛋白治疗前后有显著差异。血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞及血小板计数治疗前后无显著差异 ,血 ALT、AST治疗前后无显著差异 ,血尿素氮治疗前后有显著差异但血肌酐治疗前后无显著差异 ,血糖治疗前后无显著差异。结论 :肠内营养对腹部手术后病人的营养支持有利 ,对血液系统及肝肾功能无明显不利影响。值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of enteral nutrition support on patients’ nutrition state after operation.Methods:Choose 64 patients who need nutrition support after abdominal operation to test it.The nutrition was given through jejunum concoct fistula from the first day to the seventh day after operation.Observe digestive tract symptoms and other uncomfortable reactions.Test all indices of the patients,such as weight,blood sugar,liver and kidney function,plasma albumin,and so on,before and after the intestinal nutrition support.Results:There was a marked difference in weight before and after treatment and so in front albumin.Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support is good for the patients who experienced abdominal operation and it has no obvious adverse effect on liver and kidney function.更多还原
