茶薪菇多糖延缓离体骨骼肌疲劳的研究
EFFECT OF AGROCYBE CHAXINGU POLYSACCHARIDE ON ISOLATED SKELETAL MUSCULAR FATIGUE
【摘要】 目的 :探讨茶薪菇多糖改善疲劳状态下肌力减退的作用。方法 :采用脉冲式电流直接刺激离体腓肠肌作为疲劳模型 ,对比茶薪菇多糖和任氏液分别对同一蟾蜍两离体腓肠肌疲劳的影响。结果 :茶薪菇多糖在浓度为 0 .0 1 mg/m L、0 .0 5 mg/m L、0 .1 mg/m L时 ,离体腓肠肌达到最大收缩幅度 1 0 %的时间明显长于在任氏液作用下的离体腓肠肌 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :在浓度 0 .0 1 mg/m L、0 .0 5 mg/m L、0 .1 mg/m L下的茶薪菇多糖具有延缓肌肉疲劳的作用
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Agrocybe chaxingu polysaccharide (ACP) on muscular fatigue.Methods:Isolated toad gastrocnemius stimulated by electricity served as fatigue model.ACP was compared with Ringer solution to see what influence on muscular fatigue they had.Results:We found the time that ACP at concentrations of 0 001 g/100 mL,0 005 g/100 mL,0 01 g/100mL,reaching 10% of maximum contraction extent required was longer than that of Ringer Solution ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusion:The study shows that ACP at concentrations of 0 001 g/100 mL,0 005g/100 mL,0 01g/100 mL,has effect of resisting fatigue.
