淀粉-聚乙烯生物降解塑料薄膜的性能研究

【摘要】 以淀粉 -聚乙烯生物降解膜和通用塑料膜PE、CPP为试材 ,从物理性能、力学性能方面进行了研究。研究表明 :试验所用降解材料在 2 0~ 30d内的降解率大于 2 0 % ;吸水率、渗透性高于通用薄膜PP、CPP ;力学性能指标能满足使用要求。同时 ,分析了生物降解薄膜在包装领域的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The physical and mechanical properties of the starch-polyethylene biodegradable plastics film and general plastics film were researched. It was indicated that the degradable rate of the testing material was more than 20% in 20 or 30 days. The water-absorbed rate and the permeating rate were higher than general plastics PP and CPP. The mechanical properties can meet the using need. At the same time, the application prospect of the biodegradable plastics film in packaging field was analyzed.
