基础支承刚度对激光照排机振动性能的影响
The Effect of Base Support Rigidity on Laser Phototypesetter Vibratory Performance
【摘要】 在旋转机械振动理论的基础上 ,建立转子不平衡引起激光照排机振动的数学模型 ,理论分析与实验结果基本吻合。实验结果表明 :增大基础支承刚度 ,能够减小转子不平衡引起的振动 ;转子的工作频率与激光照排机基础支承系统的固有频率相接近 ,则产生振动峰值 ;不平衡转子通过平衡补偿 ,将有效的减少振动 ,同时对基础支承刚度的要求降低
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of rotary mechanical vibration, the mathematic model of the laser phototypesetter vibration provoking by rotor unbalance was established, and the theoretical analysis matches the experimental results on the whole. The results shows that the vibration caused by the unbalanced rotor can be weakened by enhancing the base support rigidity, and the vibratory peak appears when the working frequency of rotor approaches the natural frequency of the laser phototypesetter system and supporting base, moreover the vibration and the request of base support rigidity can be weakened effectively by balancing the unbalanced rotor.
