【摘要】 分析了典型的三重组合瓦楞纸板静态平压应力应变曲线规律 ,按线性、正弦、正切曲线分段建立起非线性数学模型 ,由实验数据识别了模型参数 ,并进行了拟合精度的讨论。这种处理方法对提升试验成果 ,尤其是将材料的非线性特征引用到包装结构的计算机优化设计中提供了可能

【Abstract】 The rule of the stress-strain curve which was obtained from the experiment of the static plain compression on the typical triple wall corrugated fiber board was analyzed, and the nonlinear mathematic model was built according to the curve sectionalized by a linear line, a sine curve and a tangential curve. The model parameter was identified from the experimental findings and the fitting accuracy was discussed. The modeling method used can improve the experiment result. Especially, it makes it possible to quote the nonlinear character of material into the computer optimum design of the packaging structure.
