杨梅保鲜问题中的功能性包装设计

【摘要】 针对杨梅水果采摘后必须有20d以上保鲜期的要求,引入Ag纳米抗菌新技术,并采用双层复合包装,对保鲜环节中的水份保持、气体调控、抑菌灭菌等问题研究,重点解决了最后3d货架期保鲜的技术关键。这种功能性保鲜包装技术,在其他农副产品保鲜技术革新中同样有参考意义。

【Abstract】 Aiming at meeting the common requirement that the fruit of waxberry be kept fresh up to 20 days after picked, with the new Ag nanometer antibiotic technology introduced and the double deck compound packaging adopted, the fresh-keeping problem of fruits such as maintaining moisture, regulating the air and encouraging sterilization activities were researched. The key difficulty, which lies in the last 3 days when the fruit was put on shelves, was focused and conquered. This functional packaging technology was believed to have great significance in the fresh-keeping technology innovation of other agricultural and side-line products. 
