【摘要】 目的 :观察川芎提取物穴位敷贴对组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (tissueplasminogenacti vator,t PA)与组织型纤溶酶原激活抑制物 (tissueplasminogenactivateinhibitor,PAI)活性的影响。方法 :采用四血管阻断法 (fourvesselsobstruct,4VO)制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,测定血浆t PA及PAI活性。结果 :川芎提取物穴位敷贴可使血浆中t PA活性升高 ,PAI活性下降 ,调节t PA与PAI的活性比例。结论 :川芎提取物穴位敷贴具有提高纤溶活性、溶栓消栓作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effects of acupoint application with extract of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong on activities of tissueplasminogen activator (t PA) and tissueplasminogen activate inhibitor (PAI) in rat with cerebral IR injury. Methods: The four vessels obstruct (4VO) were applied to make cerebral IR injury rat model. The activities of plasma t PA and PAI were measured. Result: Acupoint application with extract of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong could increase the activity of plasma t PA, decrease the activity of plasma PAI and regulate the activity proportion between t PA and PAI. Conclusion: Acupoint application with extract of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong could increase the activity of t-PA and could promote thrombolysis.更多还原
