【摘要】 目的 :观察乐胃饮对脾虚大鼠胃泌素和胃动素含量的影响 ,探讨乐胃饮治疗胃肠功能性动力疾病的作用机制。方法 :SD大鼠随机分为 7组 ,每组 1 0只 ,2 0 0 %大黄水煎液造脾虚模型。分别给予高中低剂量乐胃饮、西沙必利、香砂六君丸 ,放免法测定血清胃泌素和血浆胃动素。结果 :脾虚大鼠血清胃泌素水平显著降低 ,血浆胃动素水平显著升高 ,乐胃饮治疗组胃泌素含量升高 ,与香砂六君丸组比较 ,P <0 0 1 ,胃动素含量降低。结论 :乐胃饮能使异常改变的胃泌素和胃动素的含量恢复至正常水平 ,表明本方可能是通过对胃肠激素水平的影响而达到有效治疗胃肠动力紊乱性疾病的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Leweiyin on the contents of gastrin and motilin in rats with spleen deficiency and to disclose the mechanism of Leweiyin in treating functional kinetic disorders of the stomach and intestines. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups ( n =10), and the spleen deficiency model was established by feeding rats with 200% rhubarb decoction. The groups were dealt with high, medium and low dosages of Leweiyin, with Cisapride and with Xiangshaliujun Pill. The gastrin and motilin were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Serum gastrin level significantly decreased and plasma motilin increased obviously in the spleen deficiency rats. In Leweiyin group, the content of gastrin increased, compared with Xiangshaliujun Pill group, P <0.01, and the contents of motilin decreased. Conclusion: Leweiyin can regulate the abnormal change of the content of gastrin and motilin to a normal level. It shows that Leweiyin might treat the kinetic disorders of the stomach and intestines by influencing the gastrointestinal hormone level.更多还原
