新形势下高校图书馆的职能变化初探
A Brief Discussion on Function Changing under New Circumstances for Colleges
【摘要】 随着网络化进程和高等教育改革的发展趋势,高校图书馆在地位、意义和职能等方面均较以往出现变化,职能的补充和完善是高校图书馆发展的必然。
【Abstract】 There is consequently changing to college library in aspect of position and along with development of network proceeding and higher educational reform.It is inexorable trend to improve and complement the function of library in higher education.
