上海连锁超市同质化竞争成因与策略分析
The Cause of Shanghai Chain Supermarket Homogeneous Competition and Strategic Analysis
【摘要】 上海连锁超市公司经过10多年的发展,已经初具产业规模,然而,目前众多的超市门店商品、价格、促销、服务等方面都出现了严重的同质化,最终导致低水平的重复与价格竞争,不利于本土超市的进一步发展。根据上海市的具体情况,分析连锁超市同质化竞争的成因,并提出相关的应对策略。
【Abstract】 Local supermarkets have developed for more than 10 years and reach a fundamental industry scale. However, their operations represent too much homogeneous in products selection, pricing, promotion, service. This leads to low-level duplication and heavy price competition and it is harmful for the healthy development of local supermarkets. This paper analyzes the causes of the homogeneous competition in chain supermarkets and propose some correspondent strategic solutions to this problem.
