【Abstract】 With China entering the WTO, four China’s state-owned banks will directly face the severe challenges from foreign banks. In order to fit this historic vicissitudes, raising money through issuing stock becomes the practical choice of China’s state-owned banks and the inevitable tendency of the development the of banking industry. This paper analyzes the significances of China’s state-owned bank listing at present stage and the exiting difficulties.
