【摘要】 近年来全国各省份国有企业经过一系列的改革,转变了经营体制,企业效益大大提高。现选取有代表性的省份,运用对应分析的方法,通过对近几年来黑龙江省及相关省份的国有企业(以国有工业企业为例)的经济效益指标进行分类分析。从而总结出近几年来相关省份国有企业改革中所取得的好的经验和做法,并且根据比较分析对黑龙江省改革中存在的问题提出政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years the state-owned enterprises in nearly all proinces have undertaken a series of reforms, which will improve the management and largely increase their profit. By sampling some provinces as relavant to Heilongjiang Province, the paper is intended to have a comparative study on the profit indexes of the state-owned enterprises(taking state-owned industrial enterprises for example). It is expected to generalize good experiences form it and raise the constructive proposals as to the conditions in the state-owned enterprise reform in Heilongjiang Province.更多还原
