【Abstract】 The Maturity Degree of Electronic Commerce (MDEC) is an index to describe the maturity level of applying electronic commerce in to a ceratain company. This paper builds up a systematic index of MDEC for companies from the view points of companies’ fundamental equipments and facilities for electronic commerce, external environments, interior management environment and the applying procedures of electronic commerce, the security consideration and the benefits of electronic commerce, etc. It then works out the combination evaluation method for MDEC.更多还原
