制约黑龙江省实现可持续发展的因素分析
The Barriers Against the Sustainable Development in Heilongjiang Province
【摘要】 可持续发展是一种新的思想观念 ,也是一种新的发展战略。从目前黑龙江省的实际情况看 ,制约其可持续发展的原因比较多 ,但集中体现在经济增长方式、经济体制、政府管理和人口四个方面 ,是亟待解决的现实问题。
【Abstract】 Sustainable development is a kind of new thought as well as a new strategy.The paper analyses the barriers against the sustainable development in Heilongjiang Province in terms of economic growth mode,economic system,government management and population.
