【Abstract】 More and more companies implement MBO (Management Buy-out), since it is an innovation of the property right system reform. And the question exposed out thereupon attracts people’s attention day by day. This paper, through analyzing four major perplexing problems in MBO, proposes that if we withdraw state-run assets in the competitive trade through MBO, the market environment, legal system and financial environment all need to be perfected further.更多还原
