【Abstract】 The allocation of saial resoures contain not only its proportion in rarious industries and departments but also its degrees of social resources compound among managers. at present, the low efficient compounding of social resources does not only cause tremendous wate while using the resources of our country but also has become the main deep inside reasons for difficulty improvement of our county’s economic benefits and low effciency in the operation of resources.
