【Abstract】 Thirty 6-month-old weaned BMY calves were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to their age, body weight and family. After 6-month finishing, one individual was selected from every family for slaughtering and cutting tests. Results showed that mean dressing percentage, net beef percentage and high cuttings ratio in carcass weight was 58.8%±1.70%, 47.6%±2.0% and 47.5%.更多还原
