【摘要】 目的:本实验通过检测细胞周期素E(Cyclin E)、P21WAF1在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系,探讨二者在胃癌发生及预后中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测78例胃癌石蜡包埋标本及随机选取的同期癌旁组织35例中Cyclin E、P21WAF1的表达情况。结果:癌旁组织标本中cyclin E、P21WAF1的阳性表达率明显低于胃癌组织阳性表达率。Cyclin E的表达与胃癌组织分化程度有关,Cyclin E阳性率越高,胃癌的分化程度越低。有淋巴结转移组P21WAF1的阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移组的阳性率。结论:Cyclin E、P21WAF1与胃癌的发生、发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the funtion of Cyclin E,P21WAF1 in genesis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma by the examination of Cyclin E,P21WAF1 ,and their expression and the relationship with clinical - pathological indexes . Methods: A total of 78 paraffin - embedded tissue specimens of gastric carcinomas and 35 peri - carcinomatous gastric tissues were observed by the use of S -P method to examine the expression of cyclin E,P21wAf1. Results: The positive expression rate of Cyclin E,P21WAF1 were dramatically higher in the tumors than in the peri - carcinomatous tissues( P <0. 05). The expresson of Cyclin E was related to the differentiation of gastric carcinoma ,the higher the postive expression rate of CyclinE( P < 0. 005 ) ,the lower the degree of the differentiation. The positive rate of P21WAF1 was higher in the group with nolymph nodes metastasis than in the group with lymph nodes metastasis (P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: It revealed that Cyclin E,P21WAF1were correlated with the genesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
