自润滑复合材料在绣花机轴套中的应用
APPLICATION OF SELF-LUBRICATING COMPOSITE MATERIAL TO AXLE SLEEVES OF EMBROIDERY MACHINE
【摘要】 针对电脑绣花机润滑时油污污染布匹的问题,讨论了用自润滑复合材料轴套代替现有的油润滑金属轴套.对聚酰胺、聚甲醛、聚四氟乙烯、超高相对分子质量聚乙烯的性能进行了比较,从中选取了聚酰胺作为基体材料,通过与聚四氟乙烯共混改性,并选择碳纤维增强基体;采用挤出成型工艺来制备自润滑复合材料轴套.
【Abstract】 Owing to the pollution of oil stains to cloth, mainly discussed the substitution self-lubricating axle sleeves for oil lubricating metal axle sleeves. Compared the property of PA, POM,PTFE and UHMWPE, decide to use blends of PTFE and PA as matrix of the self-lubricating axle sleeves’ material,which is reinforced by carbon fibre. And use the Extrusion process to produce axle sleeves.
