恒定磁场对老龄小鼠脑、心、肾脂褐素及心、肾、胸腺抗氧化酶含量的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究恒定磁场对老龄小鼠脑、心、肾组织脂褐素 (L PF)及心、肾、胸腺组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH - Px)含量的影响。方法 :将 2 0只雌性老龄小鼠随机分为实验组 (n=10 )与对照组 (n=10 )。把实验组老龄小鼠放入磁场强度为 2 0 0 m T的铁箱中 ,每日曝磁 1h,连续 30 d。结果 :实验组老龄小鼠脑组织脂褐素含量 [(0 .16 0± 0 .0 2 4 )μg· g- 1 ]较对照组 [(0 .30 4± 0 .0 6 1)μg· g- 1 ]比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;心、肾组织脂褐素含量 [(0 .0 82± 0 .0 0 9)及 (0 .32 9± 0 .0 2 4 )μg· g- 1 ]与对照组 [(0 .0 92± 0 .0 11)及 (0 .382±0 .0 33)μg· g- 1 ]比较 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。实验组心、肾及胸腺 GSH- Px活性 [(9.6 3± 1.5 2 )、 (30 .6 8±4 .5 0 )及 (96 .72± 10 .94 ) NU· m L- 1 ]较对照组 [(7.6 3± 1.4 8)、 (2 4 .0 9± 4 .4 9)及 (85 .6 8± 7.12 ) NU· m L- 1 ]明显升高 (P<0 .0 5及 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :磁场强度 2 0 0 m T的恒定磁场有降低老龄小鼠器官组织中脂褐素含量、抵抗自由基及提高抗氧化酶活性的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influences of stationary magnetic fields on the contents of lipofuscin (LPF) in brain,heart, and kidney and the contents of GSH-Px in heart,kidney, and thymus of old mice.Methods Twenty female old mice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The mice in the experimental group were then put into a metal box where magnetic induction was 200 mT. They were exposed to the magnetic field one hour every day for 30 days running. Results The content of LPF in brain of old mice in experimental group ((0.160±0.024) μg·g -1 ) was reduced remarkably (Ρ<0.05), compared with the control group ((0.304± 0.061) μg·g -1 ). But there were no significant differences of the contents of LPF in heart and kidney ((0.082± 0.009) and (0.329± 0.024) μg·g -1 ) (P>0.05) in experimental group, compared with the control group ((0.092±0.011) and (0.382±0.033) μg·g -1 ). The activities of GSH-Px in heart, kidney, and thymus of old mice in experimental group ((9.63±1.52),(30.68±4.50),and (96.72± 10.94) NU·mL -1 ) were increased remarkably (P<0.05 or P<0.01), compared with control group ((7.63±1.48),(24.09±4.49),and (85.68± 7.122) NU·mL -1 ). Conclusion In the stationary magnetic fields (20 mT), the contents of LPF in organs are reduced, free radicals are resisted and the activity of anti-oxide ferment is increased.
