【摘要】 目的 :研究 p2 7k ip蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达 ,探讨其与口腔鳞癌发生、发展的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法 ,对 37例口腔鳞癌组织、 30例癌旁组织及 1 0例正常口腔黏膜中 p2 7kip蛋白的表达进行检测。结果 :p2 7kip蛋白在 37例口腔鳞癌组织、 30例癌旁组织、 1 0例正常口腔黏膜组织中表达率分别 6 7.6 %、 93.3%、 1 0 0 % ,经统计学检验 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。随着病理分级及临床分期增高 ,口腔鳞癌组织中 p2 7kip蛋白的表达水平逐渐下降。结论 :p2 7kip蛋白的表达与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展及恶性程度有关 ,可作为一种有价值的标志物 ,为口腔鳞癌的预后判断提供依据更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of the protein p27 kip in the tissue of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and study the relationship between it and the generation and development of OSCC. MethodsThe expression of the protein p27 kip was detected by immunohistochemistry S P in 37 cases of OSCC, 30 cases of the tissue beside OSCC and 10 cases of normal oral mucous membrane. ResultsThe positive expression rates of protein p27 kip in 37 cases of OSCC, 30 cases of the tissue beside the OSCC and 10 cases of normal oral mucous membrane were 67 6%, 93 5%, and 100%, respectively. There was a remarkable difference between them ( P <0 01). The expression of the protein p27 kip was decreased with the increase of the pathological classification and clinical stage of OSCC. ConclusionThe expression of the protein p27 kip is related with the generafion, development and the degree of OSCC. It is considered a valuable marker in evaluating the prognosis of the patients with OSCC.更多还原
