【摘要】 目的 :检测吗啡对 C6胶质瘤细胞 RNA合成的影响。方法 :通过 RT- PCR方法检测吗啡影响 C6胶质瘤细胞 RNA聚合酶 通用转录因子 F (TF F)基因表达的变化。结果 :吗啡作用于 C6胶质瘤细胞与相应对照组相比 ,TF F转录产物均明显减少 ;纳络酮能阻断吗啡对 TF F基因表达抑制的作用。结论 :吗啡通过μ受体途径介导 C6胶质瘤 TF F基因表达抑制的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo determine the effect of morphine on RNA synthesis of C6 glioma cells. MethodsGene expression level of TFⅡF was detected by RT PCR. ResultsExposure of morphine to C6 glioma cells caused a decrease of TFⅡF gene expression as compared with corresponding control cells, and the effect could be reversed by naloxone. ConclusionThe down regulation of morphine on gene expression of TFⅡF may be mediated by μreceptor.更多还原
