【摘要】 目的 :研究金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 1 (TIMP- 1 )在喉癌中的表达情况及其与喉癌预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 TIMP- 1在 4 5例喉癌组织中的表达情况。结果 :喉癌组织中的 TIMP- 1表达量明显低于癌旁组织和安全缘组织 ;TIMP- 1表达量随肿瘤临床分期的增高而降低 ;在有淋巴结转移和复发的喉癌中 ,TIMP- 1的表达量明显低于无淋巴结转移组 ;TIMP- 1高表达组的生存率明显高于 TIMP- 1低表达组。结论 :检测喉癌组织中 TIMP- 1的表达水平可以作为判断喉癌侵袭、转移和预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the relationship between the expression of tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases 1 (TIMP 1) and the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma (LG). Methods TIMP 1 was analyzed using immunohistochemical technique in 45 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Results The level of TIMP 1 expression in laryngeal carcinoma was less than those in adjacent and normal tissues. TIMP 1 expression level decreased with the increase of the clinical stages. The group with high level TIMP 1 expression significantly related to the high survival rate.Conclusion Detecting the expression of TIMP 1 in the tissue of laryngeal carcinoma may become an useful indicator to predicate the probability of metastasis and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.更多还原
