【摘要】 目的 :探讨重度妊高征孕妇新生儿脐静脉内皮细胞的功能变化。方法 :用胰酶消化法培养 1 6例重度妊高征和 1 7例正常妊娠孕妇新生儿脐静脉内皮细胞 ,培养 4 8h收集培养液上清 ,测定其中的内皮素 - 1 (ET- 1 )、前列环素 (PGI2 )的终末代谢产物 6 -酮 - p GF1 α、一氧化氮 (NO)的终末代谢产物亚硝酸根 (NO- 2 )及假性血友病因子 (VWF)含量。结果 :重度妊高征组脐静脉内皮细胞分泌 ET- 1量增加 ,但与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,NO- 2 、 6 -酮 - p GF1 α 分泌量下降 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,VWF因子明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :重度妊高征孕妇新生儿脐血管存在内皮细胞损伤和分泌改变更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the functional changes of vein endothelial cells (VECs) of the newborns of the women with severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods The newborn VECs from 16 cases of severe PIH women and 17 cases of normal pregnancy women were cultured by pancreatin digestion, supernatant fluid was collected after 48 h, the levels of 6 keto pGF1 α (terminal product of metabolism from ET 1,PGI 2), NO - 2 and VWF (terminal product of metabolism from NO) were detected.Results The level of ET 1 in VECs of severe PIH group was increased,but compared with the control group,there was no significant difference ( P >0 05). The levels of NO - 2 and 6 keto pGF1 α were decreased,compared with control group,there was significant difference ( P <0 01) , the concentration of VWF factor increased remarkbely ( P <0 05).Conclusion The injure and functional change of VECs are present in newborns of severe PIH women.更多还原
