【摘要】 文章介绍了 GTG型火雷管技术 ,对该雷管的装药结构、GTG起爆药和 KG点火药的极限装药量、耐压性、相容性和可靠性等方面的结果进行了全面的介绍。研究结果表明 ,用 KG作点火药、GTG起爆药作为普通纸壳火雷管的装药是可行的。 GTG型火雷管比 DDNP起爆药雷管性能可靠 ,消除了污染 ,比非起爆药火雷管装配工艺简单 ,安全性、可靠性、环保性都有所提高 ,该技术能够满足工业化生产使用要求更多还原

【Abstract】 A new kind of paper shell plain detonator with GTG primary explosive is introduced. It is also declared those of the minimum loading quantities of GTG primary explosive and the KG ignition composition,the loaded structure,the pressure endurances,the compatibilities of GTG, KG and the related materials,and the reliabilities of the detonator.The obtained results verified that the plain paper shell detonators are usable and reliable with KG ignition composition and GTG primary explosive. With the new techniques,the assemble processes is simpler than the ordinary non-primary explosive detonator,and the processes are more safe,reliable,and environmental friendly.The results might be used in production industrially.更多还原
