火工品动态惯性过载模拟试验及数值仿真技术研究
Study on the Simulation and Emulation Technologies of Initiator in Dynamic Inertia Overload
【摘要】 文章采用 Hopkinson压杆技术和装置对典型火工品进行自由式应力波加载 ,检测火工品在 30 0 0 0 g~ 2 5 0 0 0 0 g动态惯性过载范围内的安全性 ,并运用 Ansys/ L s- dyna进行了数值仿真 ,数值计算与模拟实验结果吻合 ,解决了火工品超高 g值环境模拟的难题
【Abstract】 Based on Hopkinson pressure bar technology and device,dynamic inertia overload of initiator is determined by free style stress wave load for typical initiator. This technology and device can detect 30000g~250000g of overload factor.Using the Ls-dyna finite element program, the simulation and emulated results are in accordance with tested results.The technology has resolved the hard problems to simulate supper over loading environment of initiators.
