溶胶-凝胶法制备Y3Al5O12粉体的研究
Study on the Powder of Y3Al5O12 Prepared by a Sol-gel Process
【摘要】 本文以Y2 O3、硝酸铝以及柠檬酸为起始原料 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶法合成了YAG粉体 ,研究了烧成温度及烧成时间对YAG粉体形成的影响 ,并利用SEM和XRD等实验技术对粉体进行了表征。结果表明 ,用溶胶 -凝胶法成功地合成了纳米YAG粉体 ( 5 0~ 70nm) ,且随着烧结温度的升高和烧结时间的延长 ,颗粒尺寸不断增大。
【Abstract】 YAG was synthesized by using Y 2O 3,Al(NO 3) 3·9H 2O and C 6H 8O 7·H 2O as starting materials via a sol-gel process.The influence of sintered temp erature and time were investigated.The particles were characterized by SEM and X R D,etc.Results show that the nanometer sized powder of YAG(50~70nm)was synthesi z ed successfully by a sol-gel process.The size of powder increase with the incre asing of sintered temperature and time.
