无压烧结Al2O3/Si3N4纳米复合陶瓷的力学性能
MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PRESURELESS SINTERED Al2O3/Si3N4 NANOCOMPOSITIES
【摘要】 本文对Al2 O3/Si3N4体系进行无压烧结。获得试样相对密度大于 98% ,采用物相分析 ,烧结体中并没有Si3N4颗粒存在而是形成SIALON相。Si3N4和Al2 O3反应生成的 β -SIALON相颗粒不仅分布在Al2 O3晶粒晶界处也存在于Al2 O3晶粒内部 ,形成独特的“内晶型”结构。当受到外力时既能诱发穿晶断裂 ,又能引起裂纹偏转 ,从而起到增强的作用。由于产生晶界滑移 ,韧性有所下降。
【Abstract】 pressureless-sintering method was applied to fabricate Al 2O 3/Si 3N 4 nanocomposites,and high density of over 98% was achieved.There was SAILON phase rather than Si 3N 4 particles present in the sintered body. β-SIALON phase particles present not only on the boundaries of Al 2O 3 matrix but also within the Al 2O 3 matrix.The intergranular -type structure induced the transgranular fracture during loading,the material was enhanced but fracture strength was poor due to grain-boundary sliding.
