大豆品种(系)农艺性状和品质性状的相关性研究

【摘要】 选用北京地区20个大豆栽培品种(系),对其农艺性状和品质性状进行相关分析。研究表明,1)农艺性状变异系数大小依次为主茎分枝数、单株粒数、单株粒重、结荚高度、株高、百粒重、生育期。2)大豆籽粒的蛋白质含量与生育期和结荚高度呈显著正相关,大豆籽粒的脂肪含量与百粒重呈极显著负相关,与结荚高度呈显著负相关,4)经新复极差分析分别选出高蛋白、高脂肪的大豆专用品种(系)。

【Abstract】 The genetic parameters of agronomic characters in 16 soybean varieties were studied. The results showed as follows:1) Hundred grain weight of 6 varieties in soybean and yield per plant of 15 lines in soybean were higher than those of control, 2) Heritability of number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, and yield per plant were poor, 3) There were significantly positive correlations between number of pods per plant and number of branches in main stem, number of seeds per plant, yield per plant. Number of pods was reversely related to hundred grain weight. A significantly positive correlation was found between hundred grain weight and width of pods. Hundred grain weight was significantly negative correlated with number of pods and seeds per plant.
